Accounts & Government Relations Officer

About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting activities, including General Ledger, Trial Balance, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Handle VAT, corporate tax, payroll, and statutory filings in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and support internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate with Saudi government portals including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, MISA, Ministry of Commerce, Saudi Business Center, and ZATCA.
  • Track commercial registrations, employment filings, renewals, and regulatory deadlines.
  • Support MISA RHQ Program compliance and maintain documentation for government reviews and audits.
  • Manage office administration, document control, internal approvals, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with external PROs/consultants when required.
  • Provide general administrative and finance support to the KSA office as needed.
  • Perform other finance, accounting, compliance, and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in KSA.
  • Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements and government portals.
  • Strong Excel, accounting software, communication, and organizational skills.
