About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for
8 accounting books across multiple countries and systems.
Maintain accurate financial records in
QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and Bukku.
Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank entries.
Ensure proper classification and posting of transactions in respective ledgers.
Perform monthly
bank reconciliations
for all entities.
Reconcile
vendor and customer accounts
and resolve discrepancies.
Support
month-end closing activities
for each entity independently.
Maintain and reconcile
intercompany balances
where applicable.
Assist in preparation of
monthly financial reports
for management.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for reporting and audits.
Maintain proper
documentation and audit trail
for all transactions.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data flow.
Assist in payment processing verification and supporting documentation review.
Eligibility criteria:
Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
1–2 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounts, or related operational finance functions.
Basic understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, accounting procedures, and financial documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems will be preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work within structured workflows, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
