Objective:
To take full ownership of system architecture, delivery control, and product stability, ensuring EmploySmart™ evolves into a scalable, compliant, enterprise-grade platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture - Design and maintain system architecture (ERD, workflows, modules)
Product Ownership - Translate business requirements into structured technical design
Scope Control -Break work into clearly defined tasks and prevent scope creep
Delivery Control - Manage developers (internal + external)
Validation - Define pass/fail criteria and enforce Fix → Test → Close
Governance -Ensure SLA, audit, and compliance alignment
Refactoring -Lead system redesign and modularization
Required Skills :
Backend/system architecture
Experience: 6–10+ years
Expertise: Laravel / PHP (or similar frameworks), Database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), API architecture
Other Experience: SaaS platforms, workflow systems, data-heavy applications, audit/compliance systems, multi-tenant platforms.
