Objective:
To take full ownership of system architecture, delivery control, and product stability, ensuring EmploySmart™ evolves into a scalable, compliant, enterprise-grade platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture - Design and maintain system architecture (ERD, workflows, modules).
Product Ownership - Translate business requirements into structured technical design.
Scope Control - Break ork into clearly defined tasks and prevent scope creep.
Delivery Control - Manage developers (internal + external).
Validation - Define pass/fail criteria and enforce Fix → Test → Close.
Governance - Ensure SLA, audit, and compliance alignment.
Refactoring - Lead system redesign and modularization.

Required Skills:

Backend/system architecture.
Experience: 6–10+ years.
Expertise: Laravel / PHP (or similar frameworks), Database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), API architecture.
Other Experience: SaaS platforms, workflow systems, data-heavy applications, audit/compliance systems, multi-tenant platforms.
